Me before You- A book that hurts! – Vulkan Izdavastvo

Hi bookies, it’s been a while since I did a review, as I told on my Instagram account, I was having exams and I could not read that much. Me Before You is a book that is really popular nowadays, and it was, even more, a couple of years ago when the movie came out.

My story with this book started 2 years ago when I got the second part of the book as a birthday present, and back then I did not know that there is the first part, or that that one is the second one. I did not even know that there is a movie for the ”Me Before You”.

Now I read both books, and I am in love with them. There is also the Third part, but still do not have it. It is called Still me. Both of the books are Vulkan Izdavastvo

• The book is drama-romantic, but I would say more dramatic than romantic. I really enjoyed it. This is kind of book that really makes you emotional and tears you up. I like to say that this kind of books HURTS. HURTS SO MUCH.

The characters really fit in. She is so like an oridanary girl but on the other side a kind of really special one. She got her own style, she does not matter what people thought of her, she is so childish in some situations, but in others so mature. The connection between the main characters was really intense at first, I was thinking that they would never understand each other. She was calm, friendly, caring person, and he was angry, non-friendly and arrogant. She wakes up the emotions, that he did not even know he had.

The end of the book Hurts, and you cannot change this. No matter if you do not like this kind of books, you would like this one for sure.

I had really split emotions on this one. Almost the whole book is interesting, adventurous, and funny because she did everything to make his change his mind. But the end of the book is so emotional and sad. Only at the end, we see their real emotions. In almost every romantic book you have all this emotional and cranky things through all book. But I would say this one is because of that so special. They are really best friends through all the book.

So, my bookies, I would truly recommend this book, because it will wake up all the emotions, you did not even know you had.
